Carlene Fisher, 89, passed on April 10,2021, with her girls by her side. She was born July 28, 1931 in Twitty Texas, to Carl and Edna Lamb. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Great-great Grandmother. Mrs. Fisher is survived by her daughter, Daphne Rodriguez and her husband Carlos Rodriguez; Becky Russell and her husband Larry Russell; and Cindy Zozaya; six Grandchildren, nine Great-Grandchildren and one Great-Great Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Fisher.
