Carol Frye

Carol R. Frye, age 75, of New Port Richey, passed away suddenly January 16, 2022. She was born November 27, 1946, in Milwaukee, WI, to Charles and Ruth Angelroth. Carol came to Florida with her late husband, Darby, in 1982 and has been a pillar of the New Port Richey community ever since. She was the assistant coordinator for the Chasco Fiesta, owned a flower shop for many years, worked at The White Heron Tea Shop, was active in the Chamber of Commerce and the Lions Club, and was an amazing mother, grandmother, wife, sister, and friend through it all.

Carol loved to bake and garden. She enjoyed reading and crocheting as well. Above all, she adored the time spent with her grandchildren. She was generous, warm hearted, and genuine. Those who were blessed to know her will feel her loss deeply.

Carol joins her beloved husband of over 25 years, Darby Frye, and her dear son, Thomas Vincent, in passing. She is survived by her children: Laurie Cantrell (Stephen), John Vincent (Margoth), and Timothy Vincent (Nina); her stepchildren: Patrick Frye, Michael Frye, Cameron Frye, and Darlyn Stockfisch; her siblings: Kathy Anderson, Keith Angelroth, David Angelroth, and Liz Baillie; ten grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

A memorial gathering will be held Thursday, January 20^th, at 4pm followed by a service at 5pm at Michels & Lundquist Funeral Home.
