Charles R Collins

Charles R. Collins “Chuck” passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on June 30, 2022 at the age of 92. Chuck was born in New York in 1931. He was a proud marine who served in the Korean war in aviation from 1948-1953. Chuck is survived by his devoted wife, Irene; his son, Jay; and five grandsons, Kristopher, Joey, Lance, Cody, and Justin. Chuck retired 20 years from NYC sanitation department then moved to Florida. He is the founder of greater Hudson little league. He also retired after 20 years working for Pasco County schools maintenance. Chuck loved his family and is now joining his beloved son, Jeffrey who passed in 2021. A funeral mass will take place July 14, 2022 at 11:00 am at St. Michael The Archangel Catholic Church on SR-52 in Hudson.
