Charlotte Lillian Hahn Summers, 94, passed away on March 19, 2018 at her home in New Port Richey, FL. Charlotte was born August 3, 1923, in Callicoon Center NY, daughter of Elmer Hahn and Esther (Bietz) Hahn. She graduated from Jeffersonville Central High School in Jeffersonville NY and the State University of New York at Delhi. She managed the school lunch program for the Endicott NY public school system and was the first President of the School Food Service Association of Broome County, NY. She married Willard P. Summers in June, 1952 and had two sons, Philip and Charles. Charlotte enjoyed being a homemaker and entertaining family and friends. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in New York State and the First United Methodist Church in New Port Richey, FL where she spent many years volunteering. Funeral Services are pending.
