Connie and I were in the same class at Stratton Elementary and Stratton High School. I remember her as fun-loving, smart and friendly. Wish I had known her better as an adult. I met her twice and she was just as I remembered her. We both were teachers and I am so pleased to see the comments by those she taught. My condolences to all the family, especially Arlene.♥️

I'm so sorry Mrs Mulcahy, you had to leave us. You were more than my driver's ed teacher. You were one of the sweetest women I've ever met and taught me a lot of things I will never forget.

Connie had so many irons in the fire it is hard to give her a label but everyone will remember her as a fiend. We could talk to Connie about anything and always enjoy a laugh. She was always there to help, to share her time and wisdom and make you feel special, be it a couple of extra hours of driving for a struggling student or mentoring a new teacher .......did I mention cooking a meal for your class. A proverb I have always remembered is that the only thing you can take with you when you go is what you have given away. Thank you for being my friend.

Chrissy and Kelly, I was so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. She was very special to me. Not only did she teach me cooking, sewing and how to make hospital corners when making a bed - she was my friend. I used to babysit you, Kelly! And later, when my mom lived next door (same house) - we used to all get together on Friday nights for pot luck. She was a gem - always cheerful with a beautiful smile. Even though I haven’t seen her for years - i often think of her - and always will. Love Cookie (Geny Laroche).
