Debra A. Carpenter was born May 27, 1951 in Cleveland, Ohio and passed away in Port Richey, Florida June 29, 2018. She is survived by her son, Jason Carpenter; daughter, Keely Moulder; daughter-in-law, Amy Carpenter; son-in-law, Loren Moulder and four grandchildren. Additionally she is survived by her brother, Mark Lowe; sisters, Gloria Pannier and Celeste Snyder. She was very artistic, enjoying needlework, pencil drawing as well as sewing. She loved her family dearly and will be sincerely missed.
