Deryl Burney

Deryl Alfred Burney, age 67, of Elfers, FL passed away peacefully in his home on December 3, 2021. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, soul mate, and partner Robin Burney (January 11, 1956 – January 23, 2015). Deryl is survived by his children, Sarah Zambrotto and Deryl R. Burney; his grandchildren: Christian Zambrotto, Daniel Zambrotto, Carynne Wortman, Alexander Burney, and Malakai Burney; his sister Deborah Jones; his nephews and nieces: Dana, Dennis, & Charity; cousin, Cheryl; and numerous extended family and so many more that Deryl saw as family, regardless of their heritage.
Service will be held at Michels & Lundquist Funeral Home at 5228 Trouble Creek Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34652 at 2:00 PM, with burial immediately following services.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Deryl’s name to Messengers of Hope Mission or Hands of the Goddess Florida.
