Dick E. Richardson, 77, passed away on December 25, 2013. He was a resident of New Port Richey for the last five years and was originally from Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Dick was a retired ship builder and also proudly served in the United States Army. He is survived by his loving wife, Hazel; daughters, Lori Higbee, Holly Lucas, and Diane Luce; son, Bryant Richardson; sister, Carol Kurasz; 6 grandchildren, Jamie Richardson, Brianna Richardson, Kelsey Donohue, Ryan Donohue, Tyler Higbee, and Michelle Higbee; and his dog, Taco. A visitation will be held on Monday December 30, 2013 at 12:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at 1pm in the funeral home chapel.
