Dorothy J Gingerich

Dorothy J. Gingerich, 88, of Clearwater, passed away November 26, at Arden Courts of Largo. Born in Duluth, MN, she was the widow of Lt. Col. Cleo D Gingerich, a decorated USAF veteran who passed away in 2007.
She is survived by her two sons: David Gingerich of Clearwater, FL and Bruce Gingerich of Cedar Grove, NC; a daughter Sally Jo Gingerich of Largo, FL.; and three grandchildren: Kaitlin, Daniel, and Jamie. Dorothy and family, moved to Clearwater in 1968 after being stationed at various location in Europe and the United States. She and her husband travelled to Israel and China with their St. Paul?s church group, and their favorite vacation destination was Branson Missouri, and the Plant City Strawberry Festival.
A memorial service will be held Monday, December 22, 2014 at 10:30 AM at Bethel Lutheran Church, 3166 McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater, Fl., 33761 followed by inurnment at Bay Pines National Cemetery at 12:45pm.
