Eveline A., Kelly, 99, of Port Richey Florida, passed away November 25, 2013. She was born in Canton Point, Maine and moved to Fort Walton Beach before residing in Port Richey in 1996. She is survived by her loving family, including a niece, Joan Blake & her husband, Linwood of Port Richey. Interment will be in Maine at a later date.
