Frederick L. Reimer, Jr.

Gifts & Memorial Donations

Frederick L. Reimer, Jr, 66, entered into eternal peace on September 15, 2013 at Aspirus Wausau hospital in Wausau, Wisconsin. Frederick was born on March 20, 1947, the son of the late Frederick L. Reimer, Sr. and Gertrude Reimer.
Frederick married his wife, Linda, and together they owned Majestic Property Management Services, Holiday, Florida. They worked beside each other for more than 26 years, giving back to the community by employing many and feeding the homeless during the holiday seasons. Frederick was a member of the First Christian Church of Tarpon Springs and attended Land O’Lakes Bible Church in Land O’Lakes, Wisconsin. He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by Linda and his loving children, John, Bridget and James and loving grandchildren, Alexandria Mercedes, Bethany Marie, Victoria Lynn, Jesse James, Alexis Kennedy, Daniel James & Carter; great-grandchild, Graham Kennedy; his adoring cousins, Kathryn and Frances Garguilo; his sisters-in-law, Denise Miller and her husband, William, Kathleen Servi, Diane VanVuren and her husband, David; brother-in-law, Michael Pearson and his wife, Charmaine; along with a very special friend of many years, Christine McEntire.
Frederick was a very kind and gentile soul. He had a loving and generous heart, quick wit and a happy-go-lucky attitude. Frederick always said that “friendships are not just about the people you’ve known the longest, it’s about the ones who came into your life and never left your side.” The friends he made along the way have gone from “friends to family.” What sets Frederick apart from many others, and what everyone who knew him will remember forever, is his selfless love and concern for people. Not once did he complain about the hand he was dealt with organ failure. He faced his fate and daily challenges admirably and with grace. As an organ recipient of a liver and kidney which was successfully transplanted, he thanks the donors he never knew. He received the gift of life from two individuals who gave Frederick’s family and friends an additional 17 years of love and laughter. Frederick was a hero and an inspiration to all whose paths he crossed.
Donations in memory of Fred would be appreciated: LifeQuest Organ, 720 SW 2nd Ave., Suite 570, Gainesville, FL 32601, Phone (352) 733-0350.
The Family will receive friends, Saturday, November 9th from 12 – 1 pm with the memorial service at 1 PM at Michels & Lundquist Funeral Home, New Port Richey, Florida.
