Glenn W. Budzien, age 77, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2022, in Holiday, FL. He was born February 5, 1945, in Harrisburg, PA, to Clyde and Rosemary. He was a great man, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Glenn is survived by his beautiful wife Victoria (Vickie); daughter Lisa, and son Tim (Melissa); grandchildren, Marissa, Sam, Ali, Mick, Maddy; brother David (Kay), and sister Cheryl (Alex) and brother-in-law, Kip. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde; mother Rosemary, and brother Allen.

 

He lived much of his life in Wisconsin and graduated from Bay View High School. Glenn retired from OMC Evinrude after more than 30 years as a prop shaft straightener and owned GB Auto Body in Milwaukee, WI. He loved hunting, fishing, casinos (video poker and slots) car racing, 50s rock & roll, and riding motorcycles. He was a proud patriot and Navy Veteran. He had an amazing sense of humor and was always up for a good prank. Glenn will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

    So sorry…. Glen was a great man. My memories of Glen go back to the 60s. We built 2 race cars (dirt track) Glen actually rolled over our car, but came out just fine. He taught me hunting and fishing…. I will never forget Glen. I wish I would’ve spent more time with him later in life. He also was close friends to my wife. You will be missed buddy

    I knew Glenn in the 60’s in Bay View.our group of misfits included Kenny Andrews,Chuck Huebschen,Jim Makowski and a few others We all hung out at the Hoagie Hut on Delaware and Oklahoma and the Journal station when I was the captain there.Last saw Glenn in 61 when I joined the Air Force.Rest in peace my friend.
