Irwin Wagenfohr, 97, passed away July 3, 2015. He is predeceased by his wife, Barbara. He proudly served his country in WWII, in the US Navy. Irwin, a retired Nassau County detective was also a Mason for over 50 years.
He is survived by his daughter and her husband, Candece and Jordan Niss, as well as his niece Robin, her daughter Caeley; son Cole and his wife, Francine.
A funeral ceremony will be held Monday at 11am at Michels & Lundquist Funeral Home, 5228 Trouble Creek Road. The family will receive friends from 10-11am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at 2pm at Florida National Cemetery with full military honors. Online condolences may be offered at michels-lundquist.com
