Keith, James Luther, 75, of New Port Richey, passed away on January 7, 2016 at Mease Countryside Hospital in Palm Harbor, Florida. James was born on October 21, 1940 in Anderson, Indiana to the late, Luther and Dora Keith. James proudly served in the United States Army following the Korean War. James worked as a welder for General Motors in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was a member of the Abundant life Church for 25 years in Indiana. He moved to Florida in 2000 coming from Indianapolis, Indiana. James enjoyed golfing, fishing, and boating. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Billie Jo Keith; sons, James Keith Jr. and Patrick Keith; stepsons, Tim McPherson and Gary McPherson; one daughter; brothers, Leroy Keith, Shermon Keith, and Lowell Keith; grandchildren, Eric, Christi, Michael, Shawn, Collin, Kyle, Heather, Katelynn, Aaron, Elexa, Jade, Carson, Marie, Annett, Madison, and Andrea; and 10 great-grandchildren.
