Matthew E. Rezanka

Matthew E. Rezanka, 61, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on December 13^th, 2021, at his home in New Port Richey, Florida.

Visitation services will be held on Tuesday, December 21^st, 2021 from 9:00 am to 12:30pm at Michels and Lundquist Funeral Home. Burial services will be held on Tuesday, December 21^st, 2021, at 2:00 pm at Bushnell National Cemetery.

Matthew E. Rezanka was born in Elmhurst, Illinois to George and Patricia Rezanka on May 2^nd, 1960. He attended New Mexico Military Institute. He married Lourdes Salipande Conte on August 6^th, 1988, in Los Angeles, California. He worked as a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service for 15 years. He was a Veteran of the Gulf War and served in the United States Navy for 10 years. He was involved with the Knights of Columbus of Incarnation Church and Couples for Christ. He was a 4^th degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus.

Matthew E. Rezanka is survived by his wife, Lourdes Rezanka; his children Alexandria Stewart (Husband John),  Catherine Rezanka, and Nathaniel Rezanka (Fiancé Marie); siblings Cathy Lesko (Husband Chuck), Chris Rezanka (Wife Donna), and Mark Rezanka (Wife Leenette); grandchildren Elliot and Emilia Stewart.
