Criss, Monnie Lee, 61, of Port Richey, passed away on February 12, 2017 at the Regional Medical Center of Trinity. Monnie was born on October 25, 1955 in Henderson, Kentucky. He was the son of the late, Florian and Katie Criss. Monnie courageously served in the United States Navy in the 1970’s. Monnie relocated to Port Richey in 2000, coming from Orlando, Florida, where he lived for twenty years. Monnie had a passion for sailing his boat and loved to be on the water whenever he could. He will be remembered as an extremely dedicated father and husband who loved everyone he came across and was loved back by all.
Monnie is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Merrie Criss; his daughters, Angie, Jennifer, Candi, and Nicole; step-sons, Darby ad Kenny; half-brother, Danny Paige; and 13 grandchildren.
