Patricia Lynette Rathbun, age 73, of Port Richey, passed away April 4, 2021 after a year-long battle with Pancreatic cancer. Pat was born June 14, 1947 to Fonso and Lassie Cool in Pikeville, KY.

Pat’s greatest joys in life were serving her church, spending time with her family, and tending to her grandchildren. She was a faithful member of the Cornerstone Community Church of God in New Port Richey where she loved to sing and worship. She was a retired billing coordinator within Pasco County government.

Pat is preceded in death by her husband, Pastor John Rathbun, and father, Pastor Roy Fonso Cool. She is survived by her mother, Lassie Cool; her daughters Katherine Smith and Deborah Beck; sister Pluma Belcher; and her beloved grandchildren Jocelyn Anderson, Jasmine George, Justin George, Rachel Halleen, Alexia Smith, and Jackson Beck.

Services for Pat will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Cornerstone Community Church of God on Trouble Creek Road in New Port Richey, Florida.

    We met Pat when her mother married my dad in 1989. We loved her easy laughter especially as she told the story about how our parents met. She will be missed
