Wells, Richard “Dick” 76, passed away on July 16, 2014 at the Marliere Care Center in New Port Richey, Fl. He was born in Pontiac, Michigan on August 7, 1937 and moved to New Port Richey, Fl after retiring from the United States Marine Corps as a SGT MJR. Dick served 3 tours during the Vietnam era and received 4 Purple Hearts. He was a member of the FOE 3153 in New Port Richey, Fl as well as The Shriners and Masons in Tampa, FL. He is survived by his loving wife Georgene, son Steven Wells; daughter Kimberly Davis; stepsons Richard Pagano, Dominick Pagano, & Michael Pagano(Theresa); sister Diana Lorentzen(Carl); 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. A Gathering of family & friends will take place Friday July 25, 2014 from 2-6 at Michels & Lundquist Funeral Home and a Celebration of Dick’s Life with military honors will take place Saturday July 26, 2014 at 11:30 also at Michels & Lundquist Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers please make donations to HPH Hospice.
