Robert S. Gowing, 83, passed away October 1, 2015 in Syracuse, New York. He was the son of the late Philip and Mildred Gowing, and was also predeceased by his beautiful wife of 61 years, Justine Gowing. He worked as an Electronics Engineer and served his country proudly in the United States Army in the Korean War.

He is survived by his loving children, sons; Steven (Irene) Gowing, Rob (Lynda) Gowing, Bruce (Kim) Gowing; daughter, Charlene (Norm) Coleman; 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many close family friends who will miss him dearly.
