Sloan, Robert P, 71, of New Port Richey passed away on August 11, 2014. Robert was born on October 25, 1942 in Manhattan, New York. His parents were Robert and Anna Sloan. Robert made a living working on Wall Street in New York City and was the vice president of a brokerage firm. He was also a former member of the Knights of Columbus in New York. He later moved to Florida in 1992 coming from Manhattan to the New Port Richey, Florida area. He is survived by his loving daughters, Debra Sloan & Diane Ramos; his aunt, Mary Penalver; and his granddaughter, Samantha Ramos. A gathering of friends and family is to be held on August 22, 2014 from 5:30 to 7 pm at Michels & Lundquist Funeral Home; a memorial service is to follow at 7 pm.
