Rose Woodyer, age 84, of Port Richey, FL, passed away January 4, 2018. She was born on July 9, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY to Joseph Gilhooley and Sarah O’Donnell. She worked at Rockafella Center as a secretary before marrying and starting a family. Rose spent most of her years as a homemaker, providing a warm and loving home to her three children. She has lived in the area for 20 years, coming from Tampa, FL. She is Catholic by faith.
Rose is survived by her three beloved children: Colleen Mothershed of Port Richey, FL, Kathleen Temple of Hudson, FL, and Brian Woodyer of Lithia Springs, FL; seven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
She will be laid to rest at St. John’s Cemetery in Jamaica, NY at the family’s convenience.
