Ruth Ann Nebel

Ruth Ann Nebel, born 12-12-1949, has joined her beloved husband, Stephen F. Nebel, Sr.  On August 2, 2023. She lived in Port Richey, Florida. She was born in Philadelphia, PA. the youngest of 12 children.  There she met the love of her life and shared 33 sun-filled and fun-filled years together.  After retirement, they divided their time between Maryland and Florida, living the snowbird dream.  She loved laughing with family and numerous friends whether it be on the boat or at the beach.  She kept a warm and inviting home.  Her laugh, kind heart and listening ear will never be forgotten.  She enjoyed cleaning, organizing, shopping, shooting darts and bowling.  She was a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary 4412 , Fraternal order of the Eagles Auxiliary 4208, Elks Lodge 2520 and the American Legion Auxiliary post 79.  She will be dearly missed by her son, Blake Hill(Erin) and daughter, Gina Meza(Rob), and by her  treasured grandchildren Michael, Natalie and Amelia. She is also survived by her sister, Betty Mooney , sister in law Terri Enns(Alan) and brother in law Frank Nebel(Pat)and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents Elizabeth and Sam Mench, Veronica Nebel (The Mother-in-law), Stephen Nebel Jr, Ronni and Joe Blanch and her many siblings.
