Sylvia Jean Smith, 76, passed away December 22, 2016 in New Port Richey, FL. She is the daughter of the late Fred and Catherine Weicht. Besides her parents she is predeceased by her daughter; Cathy Jo Smith.  She is survived by 5 children and many other family and friends.
