Dr. Thomas Frank Fredrick, 84, passed away on Tuesday August 17, 2021 at his beloved home which over looked the Gulf of Mexico in Port Richey, FL.
Dr. Fredrick was born September 6, 1936 and was the son of Earl and Hazel Fredrick and older of David Fredrick.
After graduating from Saint Petersburgh High School, he enlisted in the US Marine Corp. and after being discharged he went on to graduate from Palmer School of Chiropractic and later owned and operated two separate Chiropractic clinics in Mayville, KY and in Holiday, FL. for 38 years. He was a Commissioned Kentucky Colonel 1959, Chiropractor of the year 1969 and A Chiropractic Knight of the Roundtable 1971. He was also the author of “Life is Terrific”, which was a published newspaper article from 1967 to 1972. His hobbies included sailing, fishing, photography and travel in his RV.
Dr. Fredrick is survived by his five children, Debbie, Nimmo, Charles (Fred), Doris, Larry and Arnold. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
The family is currently in the process of planning a memorial service and an announcement will be made to friends, family and loved ones soon.
