    Elisa Frame says:
Oh, where do I start? Deena, you and your mom both were so gracious and welcoming to me when I was 8 months pregnant, and met you both for the first time. Your mom welcomed us with open arms when I was about to have Marisa, and you both continued to be there for us when we needed it. Your mom was like my own grandma, very wise and full of love. I know she's in Heaven looking down on us all now, and will be a guardian angel to you. From the Martinez family, Mark, Marisa, and I, she will be missed so much! Love you, Deena!

I always thought your Mom was the greatest. I especially remember the time we had her "skiing" in Vermont. I'm glad I was fortunate enough to reconnect with her at the lake a few years back.

    Sue and Gary Vredeveld says:
    To Virginia's family
We did not get to spend a lot of time with your mother, but we loved the time we did have. We were her neighbors up at Thunder Lake in Fountain, Michigan. She always had the best stories and had been all over the world, but we knew that Thunder Lake was one of her favorite places! She loved the chalet and the time she got to spend there. When I received the news of her passing, I was up at Thunder Lake and I just sat a moment and looked at the lake that she loved and thought of all the years she has been coming to this special place. She will be greatly missed! And our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. With love, Gary and Sue Vredeveld
