When Bill and Connie were active in dogs, they made the meetings and shows much more interesting. It was always easy to see how much he cared for Connie, the dogs and us. His life revolved around just being a great guy and an even greater friend. We never held it against him being from Philly. He was Philly's best.
Bill, we will miss you and think of you often. Good Luck on your promotion and safe journey home.
Bill and Irene
