John Butler has served as the Vice President at Michels & Lundquist Funeral Home & Cremation Services since 2013.  With over a quarter of a century of experience in funeral service, he has worked as an apprentice, a funeral director and a manager.

Born in Western New York, he received his Associates Degree from Simmons Institute of Funeral Service. He is a member of and serves on the board of Gulfside Hospice, formerly served on the Board of the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce, a member of Florida Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association and the Independent Funeral Directors of Florida and is a member of Rotary Club of Holiday.

John lives in Trinity with his wife and their children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, working in the yard, going to the beach and golfing.
